Experienced Associate – Assurance

About the role

PWC’s Assurance team in Johor Bahru is seeking an Experienced Associate to support independent audits and assurance engagements. You will help provide objective assessments of financial statements, internal controls and regulatory compliance, enhancing credibility for a range of stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Perform audit procedures to obtain reasonable assurance that financial statements are free from material misstatement.
• Evaluate internal controls, governance and risk management processes.
• Prepare audit documentation, work‑papers and auditor’s reports.
• Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to address audit findings.
• Stay up‑to‑date with PwC audit methodology and professional standards.
