About the role

The Executive, Talent Acquisition will play a pivotal role in building the organization’s workforce by ensuring a seamless recruitment experience from initial sourcing to final onboarding. Reporting to HR leadership, the incumbent will partner closely with hiring managers to align talent strategies with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.
• Source candidates through job boards, social networks, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interview schedules, manage candidate communication, and facilitate the selection process.
• Support and manage the onboarding process for successful candidates.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple requisitions.
• Demonstrated capability to assess candidate fit and cultural alignment.
