Executive Export Documentation

About the role

We are seeking an Export Documentation Executive to join our team in Subang Jaya. The role focuses on preparing and managing all export paperwork to ensure shipments comply with international regulations and reach customers without delay.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and submit export documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping instructions.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of documentation against customer orders and customs requirements.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to facilitate smooth clearance.
• Maintain organized records of all export paperwork and update internal tracking systems.
• Monitor changes in export regulations and advise internal teams on compliance matters.

Required profile

• Proven experience in export documentation within a logistics or freight forwarding environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
