Enterprise Sales Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager will own a portfolio of enterprise customers in the telecom sector, driving new business acquisition and revenue growth. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure solutions are delivered on time and meet business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a designated portfolio of segment‑based accounts and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
• Identify, develop, and execute revenue opportunities through direct and indirect sales channels.
• Prepare and maintain detailed Account Plans for existing and prospective customers.
• Produce accurate weekly/monthly sales forecasts and submit proposals, tenders, and quotations.
• Collect and relay feedback on network performance, service quality, and customer issues.
• Oversee the full account lifecycle from acquisition to post‑sales support.
• Develop competitive strategies to win against rivals in the assigned segment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in enterprise sales, account management or business development, preferably in telecom or technology.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and growing revenue.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret market trends and customer requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Experience using sales forecasting tools.
