About the role
Cleantech Solar is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead its solar photovoltaic projects across Malaysia and Indonesia. The position is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and follows a hybrid work arrangement that combines on‑site presence with remote collaboration. It is a full‑time role with a competitive monthly salary. The manager will be responsible for overseeing engineering activities for solar photovoltaic projects in both countries, ensuring that technical standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Lead engineering activities for solar photovoltaic projects in Malaysia and Indonesia.
- Oversee the engineering design process for solar photovoltaic systems across both countries.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical discipline.
- At least 7 years of solar photovoltaic project engineering or design experience.

What we offer
- Competitive salary ranging from RM 10,000 to RM 12,000 per month.
