Engineering Change Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an Engineering Change Coordinator to join our Penang facility. The role focuses on maintaining accurate engineering change documentation and supporting our customers throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) in accordance with company procedures.
• Create, revise, and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) to reflect approved changes.
• Ensure that all customer‑related change information is captured and communicated effectively.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to verify that changes are implemented correctly on the shop floor.
• Provide traceability and reporting for change activities as required.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex technical data.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple change requests simultaneously.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or electronics environment is preferred.
