About the role

Foresight Asia Pacific is seeking two motivated Electromechanical Engineers to join its manufacturing team in Bayan Lepas, Penang. This full‑time, on‑site position offers the chance to lead automation and robotics projects that enhance production efficiency and drive manufacturing excellence.

Key responsibilities

Drive advanced automation and robotics initiatives across the plant.
Optimize production systems to improve throughput, quality, and reliability.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, test, and implement engineering solutions.
Provide technical support for equipment maintenance and upgrades.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in electromechanical, electrical, mechanical or a related engineering discipline.
Relevant experience in automation, robotics or manufacturing environments.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
