About the role

ROOTIFY is seeking an energetic professional to lead e‑commerce growth, manage a talented team and build strategic partnerships. This role focuses on expanding online sales channels while fostering career development within the organization.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead e‑commerce growth initiatives and identify new market opportunities.
  • Manage, mentor and develop a high‑performing sales team.
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with vendors and platforms.
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet targets.
  • Contribute to overall business development planning.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in e‑commerce business development.
  • Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
  • Demonstrated capability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
  • Results‑driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
