Domain Broker (Bilingual Sales Representative)

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Domain Broker who can communicate fluently in both Chinese and English. The role involves driving domain brokerage sales, building strong client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets within our Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end domain brokerage sales cycles.
- Nurture and expand relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and commission goals.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, legal and finance to ensure smooth transaction processes.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and negotiation abilities.
- Proven track record in sales or brokerage environments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
