Direct Purchaser – Southeast Asia

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date information throughout the handshake process and in PI and ALAS systems.
• Develop and update supplier agreements and procurement processes to optimise total cost, risk management and product mix.
• Execute comprehensive supplier qualification procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards.
• Lead commercial development initiatives that drive value and innovation.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to support business objectives.
• Monitor and enhance supplier performance through regular reviews and feedback.
• Track and report daily results against the three core purchasing goals: quality, delivery and cost.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated team player able to network in an international, cross‑cultural environment.
• Solution‑oriented, able to prioritise and execute tasks efficiently.
• Continuous‑improvement mindset with clear, prestige‑free communication.
• Experience managing high volumes of purchases and transactions, preferably in Southeast Asia.
