Digitalization Intern – Software Development & Process Improvement

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Digitalization Intern to join our team in Kuantan for a six‑month, full‑time placement. You will work closely with business stakeholders to develop, maintain and enhance citizen‑development solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and improve applications and dashboards using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prepare meeting minutes and presentation slides.
• Analyse existing processes, identify improvement opportunities and propose digital solutions.
• Provide routine maintenance and support for existing citizen‑development tools.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as documentation and reporting.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Diploma or higher program in IT or a related field.
• Committed to a full‑time, six‑month internship.
• Strong time‑management and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Willingness to work onsite in the office and engage directly with stakeholders.
