Digitalization Intern

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Digitalization Intern to join our team in Kuantan. The role focuses on supporting software development and the maintenance of citizen development tools using Microsoft Power Platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance applications built with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet their needs.
• Analyse existing processes, identify improvement opportunities and propose digital solutions.
• Support administrative tasks such as preparing meeting minutes, slide decks and documentation.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Diploma or higher program in IT or a related field.
• Committed to a full‑time, six‑month internship.
• Strong time‑management and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
