About the role
The Desktop Engineer will provide technical support, troubleshoot IT issues, and maintain desktop systems to keep business operations running smoothly. This on‑site position is based in Johor Bahru and focuses on ensuring reliable desktop environments for all users.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end‑users, addressing hardware and software questions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues to minimise disruption.
- Maintain, configure and update desktop computers and related peripherals.
- Ensure system reliability and minimise downtime for business operations.
Required profile
- Capable of delivering technical support on‑site.
