About the role

Join Zurich Insurance’s AI team in Kuala Lumpur as a Data Science & AI Intern, where you will support the development and deployment of AI solutions that drive business value. You will work on real‑world projects ranging from data processing and model validation to building RPA pipelines and monitoring dashboards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and deploying AI solutions based on business requirements.
• Contribute to R&D initiatives for advanced AI features.
• Perform data processing, chatbot evaluation, and AI model validation.
• Build and maintain Robotic Process Automation pipelines to streamline agency operations.
• Design and deploy monitoring dashboards for data visualization.
• Create high‑quality labeled datasets for model evaluation.
• Support end‑to‑end deployment pipelines for AI applications.
