Data Centre Campus Fire Protection Engineer

About the role

The Data Centre Campus Fire Protection Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all fire protection systems within the new data centre campus in Ulu Tiram operate reliably. The role focuses on regular testing, preventive maintenance and rapid troubleshooting to safeguard critical infrastructure. You will collaborate with the facilities team to ensure compliance with fire safety standards and support continuous improvement of protection measures.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled testing of fire protection equipment and systems across the campus.
• Perform routine maintenance to keep fire suppression and detection devices in optimal condition.
• Diagnose and resolve faults or failures in fire protection facilities promptly.
• Document test results, maintenance activities and corrective actions.

Required profile

• Experience in testing, maintaining and troubleshooting fire protection systems within an industrial or data‑centre environment.
• Ability to work on‑site in Ulu Tiram and follow safety procedures.
• A background in engineering or building services is preferred.
