Customer Success Specialist (Mandarin) – Night Shift

About the role

The Customer Success Specialist will join Teleperformance’s Kuala Lumpur contact centre to deliver exceptional service to Mandarin‑speaking customers during the night shift. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will be the primary point of contact for handling customer requests and concerns, ensuring each interaction meets a world‑class standard of service. You will work closely with the team to maintain consistent quality throughout the overnight hours.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and accurately to inbound customer inquiries in Mandarin, addressing each request with clear communication.

Required profile

• Fluent Mandarin speaking and writing abilities, enabling effective communication with customers.
• Availability to work permanent night shift hours in an on‑site environment.
• Strong communication orientation and a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
