Customer Service Specialist - Mandarin Speaker (FinTech)

About the role

Teleperformance is seeking a proactive, customer‑focused Mandarin‑speaking specialist to support users of digital payment solutions. You will work on‑site in Kuala Lumpur, handling inquiries and providing assistance throughout the customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound and outbound calls in Mandarin, addressing payment‑related questions and issues.
• Verify customer identity and transaction details while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Document interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.
• Escalate complex cases to senior support teams when necessary.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of FinTech products and services.

Required profile

• Fluent Mandarin (spoken and written) with strong English communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and a customer‑centric attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced call‑centre environment.
• High attention to detail and problem‑solving aptitude.
