Customer Service Officer – Care Chemicals (Thai Speaking)

About the role

The Customer Service Officer will ensure accurate and timely execution of end‑to‑cash processes for Care Chemicals customers, acting as the main interface for Thai‑speaking accounts and supporting long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Create, maintain and process sales orders in SAP, monitor order status, delivery progress and invoice status, and coordinate with planners, logistics and supply units.
• Communicate delivery updates, order changes and exceptions to customers and internal stakeholders, handling returns, credit and debit notes.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer enquiries, providing professional, solution‑oriented service and coordinating closely with Sales.
• Manage order‑related documentation, ensure compliance with internal policies and trade regulations, and maintain accurate master data in SAP.
• Register and resolve customer complaints in the NCM system, collaborating with Quality, Logistics, Sales and Finance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, follow SOPs, highlight deviations and contribute to ad‑hoc projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain or related operational roles.
• Hands‑on experience with Order‑to‑Cash processes in a B2B environment.
• Ability to read, write and converse fluently in Thai.

Required skills

• Proficient use of SAP for order processing and data management.
• Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
