About the role

KONE is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join its Business Services Office in Petaling Jaya. The role operates on a night shift and supports the Australia and New Zealand regions, handling both unplanned maintenance callouts and inbound customer queries.

Key responsibilities

Receive and log unplanned maintenance requests, dispatch technicians, and monitor safety alerts 24/7.
Communicate with customers throughout the incident, provide remote assistance, and ensure passenger safety during entrapments.
Handle inbound calls, emails and master‑data changes, creating cases, classifying issues and following them to first‑time resolution.
Escalate complex queries to second‑line or specialist teams while maintaining ownership until closure.

Required profile

Diploma or equivalent qualification.
1–4 years of experience in a customer service or contact‑center environment.
Excellent command of English and strong organisational skills.

Required skills

Experience with Genesys Telephony Platform.
Experience with Salesforce.
Proficiency in PC basics and Microsoft Office.
