Customer Service Executive

About the role

The Customer Service Executive will provide high‑level support to our clients, maintain accurate equipment records in the Dynamics AX system, and ensure invoices and payment cycles are processed efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date equipment rental movement records in Dynamics AX and troubleshoot system errors.
• Issue invoices to customers promptly via email or courier and correct any rejected invoices.
• Monitor monthly payment cycles, send reminders for overdue or outstanding purchase orders, and work with Finance to achieve DSO targets.
• Calculate monthly partner commissions and produce fleet movement reports.
• Prepare delivery orders and customs documents for each shipment and coordinate deliveries with operations, commercial, and logistics teams.
• Liaise with the Commercial team on new customer set‑up and billing issues.
• Post customer invoices in AX on schedule and issue NCRs where required.
• Ensure all on‑hired equipment has valid purchase orders and certifications before delivery.

Required profile

• Diploma or certificate in business administration (preferred but not mandatory).
• 2–3 years of experience in a customer service or related role.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
