About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join Nirvana Asia Group in Klang. The position focuses on delivering basic administrative support and handling customer inquiries to ensure smooth daily operations. You will work closely with other administrative staff to ensure efficient service delivery. The role is full‑time and on‑site, providing an opportunity to develop customer handling skills within a supportive team.
