Customer Relationship Executive

About the role

The Customer Relationship Executive will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long‑term loyalty. This role sits within a fast‑growing health‑technology company that provides electric potential therapy devices across Southeast Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email and chat, delivering accurate information and timely resolutions.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in the company’s CRM system.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross‑sell additional services based on customer needs.
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to relay customer feedback and improve service quality.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets related to response time, satisfaction scores and retention.
