CRM Paid Media SEA Manager

About the role

Translate global CRM, Paid Media and SEA strategies into actionable Hub and country‑level execution plans aligned with business objectives. Support the Head of Hub Marketing in steering CRM, Paid Media and SEA initiatives across the Hub to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the execution of CRM, Paid Media and SEA campaigns across Hub countries, ensuring alignment with Hub priorities and global frameworks.
• Support campaign planning, media budget allocation and performance optimisation to maximise business growth and marketing effectiveness.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reporting on key digital marketing KPIs, providing insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Global, Hub and local stakeholders to implement digital marketing tools, campaign tracking, attribution and reporting solutions.
• Analyse campaign performance and customer behaviour to identify optimisation opportunities and improve acquisition, engagement and conversion.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Commerce or a related field.
• Experience in CRM, Paid Media and Search Engine Advertising (SEA) or digital marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance and customer insights.
• Experience managing digital marketing budgets and optimising campaign performance.
• Experience working in multicultural and cross‑functional teams.
• Entrepreneurial thinking, result‑oriented and comfortable making decisions in a dynamic environment.
