About the role

The Costing Internship supports the finance and controlling team at Bosch Group’s Penang hub. You will assist with planning, analysis and data consolidation while contributing to process improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

Support planning and analysis tasks for cost management.
Collect, process and consolidate data and reports for internal stakeholders.
Participate in process improvement work within the Controlling function.

Required profile

Motivated student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
Strong communication, cooperative and assertive attitude.
Independent, result‑oriented, reliable and able to work under pressure.
Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Proficiency in English and Malay.
Willingness to complete a 6‑month internship and provide a university Letter of Recommendation.

Required skills

Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
