Cost Analyst – Product Costing & Analysis (Medical Industry)

About the role
The Cost Analyst will join Masimo’s financial planning & analysis team in Johor Bahru, focusing on product costing within the medical device sector. The role involves establishing standard costs, analysing cost variances and supporting decision‑making for product profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain product cost structures and standard cost setups.
- Perform detailed cost analyses, variance investigations and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather cost data and improve costing methodologies.
- Support financial planning activities by providing cost insights for budgeting and forecasting.
Required profile
- Experience in cost accounting or product costing, preferably in a manufacturing or medical device environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
