Controlling Analyst (Leasing, 9 month contract)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Controlling Analyst to support financial controlling activities within a defined scope. This 9‑month leasing position in Kuala Lumpur offers fresh graduates an excellent opportunity to start a career in finance and controlling.

Key responsibilities

• Perform operational controlling tasks such as contract reviews, monthly reporting and budget tracking.
• Support forecasting, annual budgeting and ad‑hoc financial analysis on costs and investments.
• Execute charging activities, manage residuals and analyse cost flows.
• Provide insights on cost drivers to key stakeholders and ensure accurate, timely financial data.
• Maintain and enhance dashboards and reporting tools, communicating findings with a fact‑based approach.
• Independently handle assigned tasks and escalate deviations when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field, or professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, etc.).
• Fresh graduates or candidates with less than one year of experience.
• Ability to commit to a 9‑month leasing role.
