About the role
We are seeking a near‑native Tamil speaker to join Teleperformance’s on‑site team in Kuala Lumpur as a Content Moderator. In this full‑time position you will help ensure that user‑generated content complies with our quality and policy standards.
Key responsibilities
- Review and moderate digital content written in Tamil to verify compliance with company guidelines.
- Identify and flag inappropriate, offensive, or non‑compliant material.
- Maintain accurate records of moderation actions and provide feedback to improve processes.
Required profile
- Near‑native proficiency in Tamil language.
- Ability to work on‑site in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow moderation guidelines.
Required skills
- Fluency in Tamil (reading and writing).
