Content Moderator – Mandarin Speaker

About the role

Teleperformance is looking for a Mandarin‑speaking Content Moderator to join its on‑site team in Petaling Jaya. You will review user‑generated content across multiple platforms, ensuring compliance with community standards and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate text, images, and video content in Mandarin for policy violations.
• Make accurate moderation decisions and document actions according to established guidelines.
• Escalate complex or high‑risk cases to senior moderators or legal teams.
• Provide feedback to improve moderation tools and processes.
• Maintain consistent quality and speed while meeting daily volume targets.

Required profile

• Fluent Mandarin (spoken and written) with strong comprehension of cultural nuances.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in a fast‑paced call‑centre environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding community standards.
