About the role

Key responsibilities

• Review, classify, and remove content uploaded by users according to client‑defined policies.
• Meet and exceed performance KPIs while ensuring high‑quality decisions.
• Escalate problematic cases promptly following established procedures.
• Adhere to confidentiality and data‑security standards.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with policy updates.
• Follow all operational instructions and communicate effectively with internal teams.

Required profile

• Fluent written Azerbaijani with strong reading comprehension.
• Experience in a high‑transaction, KPI‑driven environment (e.g., content moderation, customer service).
• Proven ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
• Emotional resilience to handle offensive or graphic material.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts and relocate to Malaysia.
