Content Analyst, Asia

About the role

The Content Analyst will manage and improve legal content workflows across Asian jurisdictions, ensuring that publications are AI‑ready, metadata‑rich, and compliant with structured content standards. You will work closely with editorial, product, technology, and vendor teams to deliver accurate, timely, and scalable legal data.

Key responsibilities

• Validate metadata, taxonomy tagging, XML/HTML structures, and overall content integrity.
• Support semantic enrichment and optimization initiatives for AI/GenAI products.
• Manage end‑to‑end collection, conversion, and publishing activities across multiple formats.
• Coordinate workflow enhancements, automation projects, and operational improvements.
• Identify and resolve operational risks, delivery issues, and workflow bottlenecks.
• Maintain accurate documentation, tracking, and reporting of editorial processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure quality, timeliness, and compliance.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement, digital‑transformation, and product‑enhancement initiatives.
