Consumer Marketing Manager

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the category and brand vision, setting long‑term strategic direction aligned with market and SBU goals.
• Generate consumer insights to shape winning brand portfolios and category strategies against competition.
• Create marketing plans through the ICP process, identifying key opportunities and translating them into actionable initiatives.
• Lead innovation and renovation projects, from concept to launch, based on consumer insights.
• Design engaging brand experiences and big ideas across consumer touch points, including promotions.
• Collaborate with CDT on pricing strategies, monitor brand performance, and propose optimal PFME budgets.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Consumer Marketing, preferably with exposure to Sales or CDT functions.
• Proven leadership ability, having successfully managed a team of direct reports.
• Demonstrated success in building brand portfolios driven by consumer insights, with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Knowledge of new product development, consumer trends, and preferences, especially within the food industry.
