Construction Purchaser – Procurement Specialist

About the role
The Construction Purchaser will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing construction materials for Nam Lean Construction. The role ensures that materials meet quality standards, are cost‑effective, and are delivered on schedule to support project execution.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate suppliers of construction materials.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules to achieve best value.
- Place purchase orders and monitor order status to guarantee timely delivery.
- Coordinate with project teams to align material specifications with project requirements.
- Maintain records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance.
Required profile
- Experience in construction procurement or material purchasing.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
- Understanding of construction material specifications and quality standards.
