About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic kitchen staff to join our award‑winning restaurant in Kuala Lumpur. As a Commis Chef, Demi Chef or Chef de Partie you will work in a fast‑paced environment, supporting the culinary team and honing your cooking techniques.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist senior chefs with daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
  • Prepare ingredients, assemble dishes and ensure presentation standards.
  • Maintain strict hygiene and food safety practices throughout the kitchen.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Continuously develop culinary skills under the guidance of experienced chefs.

Required profile

  • Passion for cooking and willingness to learn in a professional kitchen.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, high‑pressure environment.
  • Commitment to upholding hygiene and safety standards.
