Commercial Operations Executive

About the role

The Commercial Operations Executive will oversee the end‑to‑end commercial workflow, ensuring that orders are processed efficiently, documentation for import and export is accurate, inventory levels are monitored, quotations are prepared, and customers receive timely support. The role acts as a central hub between sales, logistics, and finance, contributing to the efficiency of commercial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy, timely entry into the system, and coordination with relevant departments for fulfillment.
• Prepare and handle import/export documentation, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and accurate record‑keeping.
• Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and coordinate with procurement to maintain optimal availability.
• Generate and issue quotations, tailoring them to customer requirements and ensuring clear pricing information.
• Provide customer support, responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and facilitating smooth commercial interactions.
