Commercial Coordinator

About the role

The Commercial Coordinator supports the commercial and business development team by managing tender submissions, quotations, CRM data, and marketing activities. This role acts as the central link between commercial, operations, finance and customers to ensure smooth execution of commercial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate tender and quotation processes, prepare submissions and maintain registers.
• Provide commercial support by handling pricing reviews, contract administration and hand‑overs to project teams.
• Administer the CRM system, track opportunities, generate performance reports and support sales forecasting.
• Assist marketing and communications initiatives, including campaigns, events and newsletter content.
• Maintain commercial documentation, support audits and provide administrative assistance to the Commercial Director.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial coordination, sales support, business development or customer service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.
• Experience supporting regional or multinational operations is a plus.
