About the role
The Commercial and Partnerships Officer will support the global Commercial and Partnerships teams in day‑to‑day operations. Based on‑site in Penang, Malaysia, this full‑time position ensures smooth execution of business development activities across multiple regions. You will act as a liaison between regional partners and the central Commercial department, facilitating communication and ensuring that all contractual obligations are met. The role requires strong organizational abilities to track multiple proposals and contracts simultaneously, while maintaining high attention to detail.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and manage proposals for commercial initiatives.
- Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and coordinate required documentation.
- Oversee contract delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely completion for partners in various regions.
