About the role

The Cloud Reliability Analyst (L2) provides expert support for escalation issues and assists other areas across the organization. This full‑time position is based in Petaling Jaya and follows a hybrid working arrangement.

Key responsibilities

Deliver expert technical support for cloud‑related escalation tickets.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve incidents affecting cloud services.
Participate in on‑call rotations and contribute to continuous improvement of reliability processes.

Required profile

Strong analytical mindset for troubleshooting complex cloud issues.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
