Client Servicing Executive / Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Client Servicing Executive / Account Manager to join our creative agency in Petaling Jaya. In this role you will act as the primary liaison between our clients and internal creative teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
• Coordinate briefings, timelines, and deliverables across creative, production and media teams.
• Monitor project progress, manage budgets and resolve any issues that arise.
• Present campaign concepts, performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling agency services.

• Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude with a passion for advertising and brand storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
