About the role
We are looking for a Client Services Analyst based in Labuan to join our team. The role focuses on accurately processing client documents and delivering world‑class customer service. You will work on‑site full‑time, supporting our banking and financial services operations.
Key responsibilities
- Process and verify client documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide timely support.
- Maintain records and ensure compliance with internal standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve document‑related issues.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents.
