Join Hong Leong Bank as a Client Growth & Engagement professional, focusing on expanding the high‑net‑worth client base and managing assets under management. You will provide personalized wealth management advice and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to grow the client base and increase assets under management, targeting high net‑worth individuals.
• Provide personalized financial advice, investment solutions, and comprehensive wealth management services.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Investment Advisors, and Product Specialists to enhance the client experience.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews, monitor investment performance, and recommend adjustments for optimal allocation and risk management.
• Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and new investment opportunities to advise clients effectively.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand regional presence and acquire new high‑net‑worth clients.
• Share best practices with regional managers and cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Monitor key performance metrics such as client acquisition, revenue generation, and client satisfaction, and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Malaysian citizen.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Accounting, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in financial services.
