Civil & Structural Engineer / Site Supervisor / Quantity Surveyor

About the role

We are looking for a versatile professional to join our growing construction team. The role combines civil and structural engineering, site supervision, and quantity surveying to plan, coordinate and oversee projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety and schedule adherence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and review civil and structural designs for construction projects.
• Plan project activities, allocate resources and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Supervise on‑site operations, monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Perform quantity take‑offs, cost estimations and track expenditures.
• Conduct regular inspections to verify workmanship and material quality.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma in civil engineering, structural engineering or quantity surveying.
• Proven experience in site supervision and project coordination.
• Strong understanding of construction standards and safety protocols.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Kuala Lumpur.
