Civil & Structural Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Civil and Structural Engineer to join our growing team in Penang. You will be responsible for creating design solutions for residential and commercial projects, ensuring compliance with standards and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop structural and civil design concepts and detailed drawings using AutoCAD.
• Prepare preliminary layout plans for residential and commercial developments.
• Collaborate with architects, project managers and other engineers to integrate designs.
• Perform calculations and analysis to verify structural integrity.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• Strong understanding of building codes and construction practices.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
