Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

About the role

We are partnering with GFG Home Realty Sdn Bhd to find a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who will lead the financial strategy and operations of a fast‑growing real‑estate business based in Klang/Port Klang. The CFO will report directly to the senior leadership team and play a pivotal role in driving sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management.
• Oversee accounting, reporting, tax compliance and internal controls to ensure accuracy and regulatory adherence.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions, acquisitions and investment opportunities.
• Lead, mentor and build a high‑performing finance team.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, investors and other external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
• 10–15 years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably within real‑estate or related sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to drive financial performance in a dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
