About the role
We are looking for a Chief Baker who will lead bakery technical excellence across our outlets. The role combines product training, quality assurance and research & development to deliver consistent, high‑quality breads and viennoiserie.
Key responsibilities
- Lead training programmes for bakery staff to ensure mastery of baking techniques.
- Oversee quality‑assurance processes to maintain product standards.
- Drive R&D initiatives for new bread and viennoiserie concepts.
- Ensure consistency of products across all locations.
- Foster a harmonious and engaging working environment.
Required profile
- Extensive experience in professional baking and pastry production.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor bakery teams.
- Strong focus on product quality and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to deliver effective training.
