Chef de Partie – Pastry

About the role

PAUL Bakery is looking for a Chef de Partie specialized in pastry to join its Kuala Lumpur City Centre outlet. You will support daily pastry operations, ensuring every product is prepared, cooked and produced efficiently and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Execute pastry recipes and production plans to meet quality standards.
• Prepare, cook and assemble a variety of baked goods and desserts.
• Maintain a clean, organized and hygienic work environment in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory of pastry ingredients and report any shortages.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow during peak periods.

Required profile

• Proven experience in pastry preparation and production.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work on‑site full‑time in a fast‑paced bakery environment.
• Commitment to delivering consistent quality aligned with French hospitality values.
