Change Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Change Manager to lead and manage our Change Management team and processes. This on‑site role, based in Kuala Lumpur City Centre, will be responsible for overseeing people management, day‑to‑day team operations and resource allocation. The successful candidate will collaborate with senior leadership to define change strategies and ensure smooth transition across business units.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Change Management team, setting direction and ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
• Manage change processes from planning through execution, monitoring progress and outcomes.
• Oversee day‑to‑day team operations, including task delegation and performance tracking.
• Allocate and optimise resources required for successful change initiatives.
• Provide people management support, including coaching, development and performance feedback.
• Develop and maintain change documentation and communication plans.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with change initiatives.
• Ensure change initiatives align with regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Track and report change metrics to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading change initiatives or managing change‑focused teams.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to assess impact of change.
• Ability to drive adoption and sustain improvements.
