Ceremony Service Assistant (礼仪服务助理)

About the role

The Ceremony Service Assistant supports the smooth execution of ceremonial events, ensuring guests receive a professional and welcoming experience. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Ijok, Selangor, and involves a blend of service, operational, and administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the set‑up, coordination, and breakdown of ceremony venues.
• Provide courteous front‑office support to guests, including greeting, seating, and answering enquiries.
• Handle administrative duties such as documentation, scheduling, and record‑keeping related to events.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure all logistical requirements are met.
• Maintain a clean and orderly environment throughout the event lifecycle.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required by event schedules.
• Good command of English; knowledge of Mandarin or Malay is a plus.
