About the role
We are looking for a Car Service Advisor to join our Nilai branch. In this role you will be the main point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience from arrival to hand‑over.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers and record vehicle details at check‑in.
- Coordinate service schedules with workshop technicians.
- Provide clear updates to customers on service progress and expected completion times.
- Ensure vehicles are delivered back to customers on time and in optimal condition.
- Handle any customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with a friendly attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced service environment.
- Attention to detail and good organizational abilities.
