Call Center Representative – Attractive Commission

About the role
The company AIA is seeking a Call Center Representative to join its on‑site team in Kuala Lumpur on a contract basis. The position offers an attractive commission structure and the potential to earn a five‑figure income through high sales incentives.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from bank customers.
- Promote AIA’s products and services while meeting sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records using provided bank customer data.
- Follow company procedures and ensure confidentiality of customer information.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Required profile
- Motivated individual with a strong desire to achieve sales goals.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Kuala Lumpur on a contract/temporary basis.
- Readiness to undergo training and handle confidential customer data.
