Buyer – Procurement Specialist

About the role

EPG Engineering System is seeking a motivated Buyer to manage procurement activities within its manufacturing and logistics operations. You will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery to support production schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for raw materials and components.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost‑effective purchases.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders, track order status, and resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and logistics teams to align purchasing with operational needs.

Required profile

• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.
